Adds increased-clearance STEP exports for 3D-printed cases. The "0.1mm" is the baseline from the Rev-03 / CNC-production-run expor. This is very minimal at the moment: just the clearance gap for the PCB and the screw-hole diameters have been increased.

jig: Adds the Faceplate Soldering+Stick Jig, for soldering and sticking down the display onto the faceplate PCBs. NOTE: This doesn't yet have the "edits" I made with the end-mill, and the strut on the base is still intersecting with the motor placement.

case: Battery cage (third attempt; have not cleaned up the other two yet).

Still a couple of things to fix:
- The hack-fix to stop the battery getting squashed is a bit crap and
may not print right on 0.8 nozzles.
- The battery is _slightly_ lopsided; I want to shift the TRS-ward side
support-loop further towards the TRS port a smidge to counteract this.
For both, I'm considering Daniel's suggestion of a couple of loops at
the top instead of just the one; it may reduce force on a particular
area of the battery, and help with the lopsidedness at the same time!
... and, obviously, TODO, clean up the unused cages.
