Solomon Peachy 931fbb6734 rbutilqt: QtTTS: Pick a sane TTS engine/backend by default 
* Ignore 'mock' tts engine
 * Must support synthesizing to a file (ie not just "speaking")
 * Don't claim 'speak' capabilities if the chosen engine does not
