85c1ff8667 change build scripts to make reproducible builds possible 
- makes SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH affect BUILDDATE and version string
- makes wpsbuild.pl output deterministic
- omits unnecessary extended metadata from zip files
- runs strip-nondeterminism on zip files if REPRODUCIBLE_ZIP is set

e764656ab7 Allow customizing EQ filter types 
Allows any EQ band to be set to any of Low Shelf, Peak, or High Shelf, instead of hardcoding the types per band.

bf0fa29a30 WPS Context Menu configurable entry 
Allow setting context menu items

reuses WPS hotkey items

Runs the item
displays the item

Open plugin shows the item name

Pitch shows the pitch speed amount

add 'Show In Files' hotkey item

devices without a hotkey get an extra item

added Manual entries

e405858b9e wps: Replace menu items "Open With" & "Delete" with "Show in Files" 
Limit these (less commonly used) "file handling" operations
to the File Browser while making it quicker to reveal the
file that is currently playing from the WPS.

"Open With" and "Delete" remain available as WPS shortcuts.

f4dc4d89dc plugins: imageviewer: Hide info by default when loading file 
Looks nicer, especially when the "View Album Art"
option is used.

Add delay to progress bar, so it only appears when
250ms have passed.

17edcbd42a talk: Improvements in voicing "years" 
* Enhance LANG_VOICED_DATE_FORMAT to distinguish between "numeric year"
   and "grouped year"  (2020 -> "two thousand twenty" vs "twenty twenty",
   respectively)
 * Metadata year voicing will now use "numeric year" if specified in
   LANG_VOICED_DATE_FORMAT instead of always using grouped year.
 * Datetime year voicing respects the format instead of always using
   "numeric year"

I added the setting keep_directory which automatically updates
the last directory visited and restores it on next boot
