Korean Style Beef Rice Bowl

Ingredients

| 1/2 | c | Jasmine Rice | |
| 3/4 | ib | Ground Beef | |
| 1/8 | tsp | Crushed Red Pepper | |
| 2 | tsp | Honey | |
| 1 | tbsp | Rice Vinegar | |
| 2 | tbsp | Soy Sauce | |
| 1/2 | tsp | Toasted Sesame Oil |
Instructions
- Cook the rice
- In a medium bowl, combine and whisk rice vinegar, half the honey and crushed red pepper
- Thinly slice the cucumber. Add to the medium bowl and toss
- Peel the ginger and garlic. Mince and add to a small bowl
- To the small bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil and half the honey
- Start cooking the ground beef. 3-4m into cooking, add the sauce in the small bowl
