Robert Kukla d23f78b1c6 fix FS#9042 - MOD codec: SoundTracker variant MOD files will not play 
- remove dubious format check and assume no formattag -> Soundtracker
- change method for remembering "periods converted" as the old one would corrupt Soundtracker files

Also clean up the alac_set_info() function a little and make it alignment-safe. We still need to remove the seektable related mallocs. PP5022/4 must use SW_CORELOCK now with shared variables in DRAM (it seems swp(b) is at least partially broken on all PP or I'm doing something very wrong here :\). For core-shared data use SHAREDBSS/DATA_ATTR.
