4c6425437f Revert r28000 on the 3.7 release branch, as for as yet unknow reasons it causes playback issues on a small number of players. Thanks to Evan Carroll for testing.

dc521b5d48 Replace parse_testcodec.pl with a bit more powerful script. 
It can compare more than one result file at a time giving additional speedup colums, is more robust
(RaaA results don't have the "MHz needed for realtime" line which is handled with this one) and
has a mode to output the results in a form readable by spreadsheet software for nice graphs.
Needs Ruby 1.9.x

ba37ceccea Remove a lot of untranslated strings in the turkce translation since it was marked as "good translation" at http://translate.rockbox.org/, while it wasn't. 
Translator in turkce langage is welcome like for all other ones by the way.
