6424c50952 our \ifpdf is useless as KOMA-Script provides \ifpdfoutput. Don't output the warn and note symbols when not generating pdf output, also don't format the rockbox title as chapter*. Fixes some issues with tex4ht (and brings us closer to the html manual)

184c3da1a5 Gentlemen, we have sound on the 3rd Generation ipods. Thanks to Daniel Ankers for debugging. It turns out the problem was simply that we were calling the FIQ handler incorrectly - everything else was fine.

2076363fda Fix for uninitialized variable, caused crash when viewing a file that started with whitespace. Fixes FS#5658 with solution given by bugsubmitter (Mark Arigo). Viewer code still needs more work but at least won't crash on this anymore.

7ee850e432 * fix bug (when double clicking on a card on the remains' stack to 
automatically move it to the corresponding final stack, if the move
worked, the cursor wasn't able to select a new card afterwards. - yeah,
this sounds a bit complicated)
 * remove trailing spaces/tabs

TODO: Fix/clean/rewrite the plugin. This whole code is a mess. It's
impossible to read and maintain.

9cd5c3e119 Tagcache update: Support removal of entries and no longer the need for 
dircache to load tagcache in ram (however, dircache with tagcache is
still strongly recommended).
