Michael Sevakis 4d3a020f27 Gigabeat S: Move the LCD framebuffer address so that DRAM can be mapped flat between physical and virtual addresses. NO BOOTLOADER UPDATE SHOULD BE NEEDED. The firmware image now handles low-level system setup as well.

debug-imx31.c Gigabeat S: Implement charging and power control to charge from AC or USB. Hold MENU while plugging USB cable to charge from USB without connecting. Under Windows, plugging USB for charging only but not connecting still needs to be properly handled (driver popup issue) but it will charge when connected normally-- no issue under Linux.
