Add Off, Auto, and On choices under the LCD settings menu for targets with HAVE_COMPOSITE_VIDEO_OUT. Off is the default and leaves accessory ADC, video registers, framebuffer conversion, output clocks, and CPU boost untouched. Auto enables output only for the qualified Philips dock signature. On still requires a physically present, fully identified dock and permits other detected composite accessories. Document the menu behavior and the corresponding configuration-file values in the iPod Classic manual. Hardware tested on an iPod Classic 6G/7G with a Philips DCP750/37.
