106ac75ad8 Adapted most multi-source plugins to the iAudio M3 keypad and screen. Doom and mpegplayer are disabled because of the not yet implemented greyscale library, and zxbox used 2-bit greyscale for now. * Slight optimisation for the (currently unused except on M3) 2-bit greyscale code in zxbox. * Simplified button definitions in chessbox.

29361abf74 Adapt most single-file plugins to the M3 keypad and screen. It's still preliminary, as many plugins now can't be left without the remote. The plugins need to be converted to use the action API (but not pluginlib actions). Plugins are not enabled yet. * Simplify the bitmap handling in the source of some plugins.

e92d2c51ed Add a general-purpose parse_list function to parse a string containing a delimited list of items and adapt the parse_image_load() function in the WPS parser to use it. This function will also be used to parse the upcoming WPS %V viewport tag, but I'm committing it separately as these changes are unrelated to the viewport implementation itself.

6e209443c5 - add button descriptions to the m:robe 100 manual for the majority of plugins 
- add gigabeat button descriptions which were missing
- fix a few inconsistencies I noticed doing the above (mainly outstanding r13278 follow-ons)

8a6291dd63 More iAudio M3 work. Target build compiles, but same problem regarding plugins as the simulator. Boots to the menu, but it can't be used yet because only main & remote Play button work. USB works.

52e1f81599 Greyscale library: Assembler optimised update for coldfire, ~73% speedup when using IRAM, ~35% speedup without IRAM. Slight optimisation for other targets as well.

d829075a00 Driver for the Synaptics touchpad on the m:robe 100 based on the 3-wire interface spec. Needs some tweaking as it's too sensitive with the default hardware settings. For now, the vertical strip is divided into up/select/down buttons. Also, redo the keymap (using the Gigabeat as a starting point), but it still needs a good bit of work.

698113d9db Prepare for a new bootloader 7-pre4 release for iriver H100 series. Synced to work properly with SVN, and hopefully fixed remote detection problem and audio thump for some users. Also pure H100/H115 should be supported now. Actual bootloaders will be released separately.

dce2ef805c Small improvements to sliding puzzle. (1) Don't draw the 'Moves' box at fixed size, and display 'Moves:' and number of moves on one line for square and portrait screens. (2) Use 4x4 spots on Archos too, to make the spots look square on the Archos display - change the default 80x64 image accordingly. (3) Replace the 110x110 images with 108x108 so that the width is evenly divisible by 4 (number of spots) as mentioned in the comment. (4) Make the greyscale images look a little less broken, could be even better though. -- The code could be made simpler and more flexible but one step at a time.

f90cbcb652 mpegplayer: Use the core DSP to process audio. Removes the sample rate restriction on audio and any mpeg audio samplerate may be used. Use the global sound settings for audio output with the option to force any one of the processing stages off. All are forced off by default. I didn't personally care to fully duplicate the Sound Settings menu which would have been needed since using the core one would affect settings globally and exactly the same configuration probably isn't desired since the CPU load for video playback is much greater. Rebalance the threading to compensate with some expense to buffering speed.

cdc933f40f Sliding_puzzle: rearrange the default bitmap definitions and add two more sizes of the bitmap (fixes issues on Nano and small H10). The 'Moves' box is still not fully visible on the latter, I plan to work on it but thought the fix was worth an own commit already. Also let the plugin retrieve the image width and height from the bitmap.
