Thomas Martitz	50a6ca39ad	Move c/h files implementing/defining standard library stuff into a new libc directory, also standard'ify some parts of the code base (almost entirely #include fixes). - Move ATTRIBUTE_PRINTF/ATTRIBUTE_SCANF from _ansi.h
  They are not related at all to this file, and this broke compilation

There is likely a lot more GCC extensions used everywhere in the source,
