Port the greylib blitting optimisation to m:robe 100. It's even more efficient on monochrome LCDs - about 20% ISR speedup.

ARM asm LCD and ATA driver functions: Don't save r12 as it is a scratch reg. Saves a bit of stack and execution time.

Updated our source code header to explicitly mention that we are GPL v2 or
later. We still need to hunt down snippets used that are not. 1324 modified
files...
