58b186d6de Remove Creative Zen Vision and Vision:M ports 
They haven't seen development activity for the better part
of two decades and apparently were never able to even boot
to Rockbox, although the Rockbox bootloader could load the
original firmware.

1e3f529921 Get the M:Robe 500 main build booting again, fix a bug and commit the rest of Cat's work to get sound working. The code is messy right now, but it plays a file (test.raw) in a normal build when you go into the debug ports screen. Take 2.

ac67d70173 Add beginning of DSP code (done by Catalin Patulea), but don't enable it 
yet as there's no C54xx compiler in the toolchain yet..
