3f43fe3cd8 checkwps: Validate all fonts in themes 
Makes sure any fonts specified are either:

 * Present in the theme itself
 * One of the fonts in the Rockbox bundle

8b8c0c7c2a checkwps: Validate translated strings (%Sx) 
In verbose mode it will log valid the strings found, otherwise it will
only complain when we encounter a missing string.

Unfortunately a missing string is not inherently a problem, due to
conditional expressions.  So all we can do is complain in checkwps
or if wps debugging is turned on.

Meanwhile, this is the first step in actually enumerating the translated
strings used by themes.

29f5385263 Fix up some more red 
find_first_set_bit() becomes a small inline on ARMv5+ and checkwps now gets
made with -std=gnu99 (it eats all the GCCOPTS) like the rest of things.

2d31d77a8b FS#11470 - new skin code, finally svn uses the new parser from the theme editor. This means that a skin that passes the editor WILL pass svn and checkwps (unless the target runs out of skin buffer or something.
