Purge "Menu" or "Rockbox" from plugin menu titles
and match application names from manual.
Exception: "Main Menu" is left unchanged as the
title for the Main Menu Configuration plugin, since
it appears in Rockbox's Settings menu and therefore
should match the name of the setting.
E.g.:
"Rockbox Goban" => "Goban"
"Image Viewer Menu" => "Image Viewer"
"Viewer Menu" => "Text Viewer"
"Menu" => "Chess Clock"
"Do What?" => "Text Editor"
"Mpegplayer Menu" => "MPEG Player"
"Multiboot Settings" => "Multiboot"
"Disktidy" => "Disk Tidy"
...

I'm not sure why but on my fuze v2 I don't get the '.' nd '..'
directories back from readdir
that make removing '.' to find /.rockbox inconsistent
Instead filter out files and strcmp the incoming dirs
to BOOTDIR (.rockbox) and clear it when they match

This plugin provides a menu for easily editing the root redirect file
on targets that support multiboot. You can select a new root from a
list of Rockbox installations detected on the filesystem or remove all
redirects to boot from the default location.
To avoid searching the whole filesystem, only subdirectories of the
volume roots are checked for valid installations. Only installations
that are compatible with the current player will be displayed.
