Sansa Connect: Refactor AVR command handling 
Add defines for all commands handled by AVR, including the unknown
opcodes (0xC5, 0xD3, 0xD4, 0xD5, 0xD6).

Properly synchronize with AVR and keep repeating command until it looks
like AVR has accepted it.

ddd594b03e Sansa Connect: Use sleep() instead udelay() in AVR spi_txrx. 
This should prevent buffer underruns that can occur during heavy use of buttons or scrollwheel.
