PictureFlow fixes:

Browse source 
- Extra data structure to store artist info.
      - Create_album_index modified to perform a different query.
      - Added load and save functions to store the data index in HDD.
      - Album collisions fixed.
      - New config options to perform rescans.
      - Extra fields added to lang files: english and spanish.

	Update CREDITS
