disk: MAX_LOG_SECTOR_SIZE also applies to a few non-ATA targets

Browse source 
Fuze+, native Sonys, and some of the Zens use 2K sectoring from
 the partition/filesystem perspective, even though the underlying
 storage used 512-byte sectoring.
