Cook the rice 2. In a medium bowl, combine and whisk rice vinegar, half the honey and crushed red pepper 3. Thinly slice the cucumber. Add to the medium bowl and toss 4. Peel the ginger and garlic. Mince and add to a small bowl 5. To the small bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil and half the honey 6. Start cooking the ground beef. 3-4m into cooking, add the sauce in the small bowl
