The API documentation in libfdt.h seems to follow the Linux kernel's kernel-doc format[1]. Running "scripts/kernel-doc -v -none" on the file reports some problems, mostly missing return values and missing parameter descriptions. Fix those up by providing the missing bits, and fixing the other small issues reported by the script.
