Michael Sevakis 3fd25dcbed Purge the usage of DSP_SWITCH_FREQUENCY. ... DSP_SWITCH_FREQUENCY has been deprecated and the same enumerated value as DSP_SET_FREQUENCY since major DSP revisions were committed.
