Daniel Stenberg ef3a3e7093 use the gcc option -ffreestanding: (quote from the gcc man page) ... "A freestanding environment is one in which the standard library may not exist, and program startup may not necessarily be at "main". uisimulator	Added resume. Works in dirs and playlists, shuffled or not. Resumes mid-song, but press pause on players before you shutdown so they get a chance to store the position on disk.
