Christian Soffke 8b9ef7cf8d sdl: Remove SDL_RENDERER_ACCELERATED flag 
The flag would apparently make hardware accelerated
rendering  mandatory. SDL2 will still attempt to use
hardware acceleration, if the flag is missing.
