Dominik Riebeling 7aceb93589 - display better values if no user configuration is found 
- make it possible to cancel device selection
- accept new device path also if it's not selected from the browser and ignore it if it's not a path.

rbutil.ini Move device and mountpoint selection to configuration to eliminate the need of asking for the mountpoint in every installation window. Use a QListWidget to make the devices list nicer.
