Michael Sevakis fd00d3cf48 Fix FS#12859 - Bass/Treble not doing anything in new builds 
Just one more SNAFU after redoing sound.c. Software bass/treble controls
in the DSP expect .1 dB gain increments but the gains were being set as
1 dB increments because that's what the AUDIOHW_SETTING specifies. Just
x10 the gains given to audiohw_set_bass/treble.

backlight.c All kernel objects in code shared amongs targets (core, plugins, codecs) should be declared SHAREDBSS_ATTR as any core could potentially touch them even though they seem only to involve threads on one core.
