Consolidate identical fixedpoint exp and ln functions.
...
grey_core.c and fixedpoint.c each had their own copies. grey_core.c
can use the ones fixedpoint.c. fixedpoint.c gets the more complete and
optimized version of fp_16exp from grey_core.c.

Improve accuracy of NR-based fp_sqrt with better initial estimation and using one more bit internally. More reliable early termination. Good enough until better method is completed.

FFT Plugin: Revamp the main code to rid it of 64-bit math. Use 32-bit kiss_fft_scalar because 16-bit integers are generally a poor choice for computation on-target. Simplify display code to speed it up. Add logarithmic frequency display (need keymappings, guessed on some). On dual-core, perform FFT on COP. Add some support function to fixedpoint.c. ... and stuff.
