fcf8145fee Fixed database export crashing with long tags. And failing without DB loaded to RAM due to the recently added new tags in DB, thus reaching the fd limit.

d4e904bf35 SWCODEC: Dsp speed optimizations. Changes for more modularity. Removal of some usless stuff. Some assembly routines for Coldfire with speed in mind over size for the outputs but the channel modes remain compact. Miscellaneous coldfire asm updates to accomodate the changes. Codec API structure version has to increase so do a full update.

fda1498696 Remap flash ROM to 0x20000000 on the ipods and H10s, and implement dbg_save_roms() in the debug menu for those targets to dump the content to a file.

e3a55f2bdc FS#6675: Add lcd_yuv_blit() for the Sansa. Thanks to Rene Peinthor. This makes mpegplayer run on the Sansa. Button detection in mpegplayer doesn't work because it is done in the audio thread and that thread locks up because we don't have audio support yet. So for now it's necessary to do a hardware power off to quit mpegplayer.

471d881979 ARM targets: Making a few functions non-static allows us to get rid of -ffunction-sections, significantly decreasing binary size and making things run a bit faster because static functions are no longer long_call.

139fb1af20 Move dr_controller_setup() to usb_init_device() and add a call to dr_controller_stop() if we detect USB disconnection. This seems to improve reliability when connecting to Mac OS X - Rockbox previously killed its USB stack since the introduction of the new USB detection code.

3a6d4791d7 No functional changes, just reorganising code: 
1) Move ARC OTG USB (used in PP502x) driver code into it's own file, drivers/arcotg_udc.c. Hopefully in  the future we will be able to adapt more of the Linux driver and add it to this file.
2) Rename mx31.h to arcotg_udc.h to reflect the file the code came from. It's also a more accurate name for the USB controller.
3) Get rid of one more inl()/outl() in usb-pp.c and use the relevant #define instead.
4) Add dr_controller_stop(). Not used yet.

ec1f4829cd SWCODEC Recording: Improve buffer handling by 1) Lowering watermark for flushing 2) Flushing down to a low watermark instead of a fixed number of chunks 3) Allowing in-process automatic flushes to be interrupted so file splits and stops can be marked in a timely manner (especially important when approaching 2GB limit) 4) Flush small amounts if buffer is filled during a split to protect integrity of streams 5) Boost both pcmrec and codec threads then thread priority boost is needed so that encoder doesn't fail to run and keep up with incoming data
