bfc73a1327 Enable the pictureflow chapter for bitmapped hwcodec targets. Document controls as they are currently, correct 'Exit' menu item to 'Quit', add screenshot, also enable the album art section for them as it explains the requirements.

fd14cac7c2 Split HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL into HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL and HAVE_WHEEL_ACCELERATION, where the latter now activates the wheel acceleration code. 
HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL plainly indicates the existence of a scrollwheel, thus all ipods define it now (in addition to the ones and some 
sansas which did before). Same applies to the manual.

1c7220491e Update the Beast (Gigabeat S) manual with some real installation instructions. Still missing 
download locations etc. as there has been no release as of yet.  To be changed to use

21ab16a36f Fix for two plugin descriptions in the manual; on the Rockboy options, the screen rotation option should rotate it "90 degrees", not "90 percent". Fix the Rockblox description to use better English and be a little more descriptive.

281fc2e708 Goban plugin: FS#9897 by Joshua Simmons 
Initial button maps for still unsuported targets (Sansa Fuze, Sansa Clip, Sansa m200, Creative ZV(M) and the Phillips HDD1630).
Low targets like archos are still short in memory to be suported.
Update the manual for the Sansa players.
