8552eff9e4 Make the SPC codec run like it used to on Coldfire before -Os crushed it. Build as a lib using the old -O option. Should not impact ARM targets.

3d73b8eb16 Use the multi-screen api in the usb and time screens 
usb screen forces the status bar to display (fixes FS#700)
time screen is now usable on the lcd remotes (need keymaps for the m5/x5)

dc051248be e200: Tuner driver needs to yield alot and also be mutexed. FM debug screen got broken again and was ignoring cancellation and not drawing the lines.

828d719ac1 Changes bass setting to use adaptive bass instead of linear bass. The datasheet recommends it and it should stop clipping on bass.
