Thom Johansen	d1b6bb81b4	Remove the unnecessary IDATA_ATTR and LINE_ATTR #defines. Introduce usage of IBSS_ATTR instead of incorrect IDATA_ATTR. Remove LINE_ATTR use, since this is a no-win when using IRAM. Make encoder truncate existing files. Make use of post-increment addressing mode in MAC chains for to minimuse code size and gain some speed. Some minor assembler touchups.
