4e68732769 Small ReplayGain cleanup. Move RVA2 specific code to id3.c and don't do the parsing via strings. Generalize parts of the code for later use by MPC. Make some local functions static. Add and update some comments for clarity.

0d5451e7bd H10: add more time between enabling touch-pad and reading ADC. Greatly improves touchpad stability. Add (and disable) checking for ADC done bit. Disabled because not yet working.

7c37c54ce5 iPod 1st Gen: Dynamic wheel enable. This reduces wheel power consumption to about 0.5% when hold is not enabled and there is no activity, and keeps it disabled on hold.

0fac492c3d First step of powermanagement rework: * Move target specific stuff into target tree, starting with battery voltage tables and voltage reading. (This revealed some incorrect percent_to_voltage_charging mappings). * Voltage reading on 1st gen ipods is now correct. * Clean up obsolete config #defines.

89f8f2e935 Ondios with backlight mod: * Make the backlight stay off in plain SVN builds (was always on before). * Switch off the light at the very end of shutdown to fake poweroff (the Ondio hardware stays powered until the user releases the button, or the hardware poweroff kicks in).

671f5d4412 Removed special X5 backlight handling, and replaced it with a generic system that makes the backlight light up on shutdown and not time out unless it's completely disabled in the current player state.

ffeaea65c8 Backlight rework: * More compact and straightforward implementation of backlight on hold which also fixes some quirks (e.g. Backlight: Off and Backlight on hold: On didn't work as expected). * Removed special code for the iriver non-LCD remote which didn't make sense and couldn't have worked anyway (hold isn't detectable for the iriver non-LCD remote). * Use SYS_CHARGER_CONNECTED and SYS_CHARGER_DISCONNECTED messages instead of monitoring ourselves.

97bdfce5b6 iPod greyscale LCD driver: * Further speedup (timeout check turned out to be unnecessary, as well as setting the LCD control register every time on Mini G2. Put lcd_write_data() in IRAM on PP5002). * Better blacklevel stability on 1st...3rd gen. * lcd_enable() function in preparation for suspend on 1st/2nd gen, and shutdown without a black line remaining.
