62f5027650 Fix battery meter on Sansa Connect. 
Use the battery capacity percents reported by AVR. Internally fake linear voltage scale is used (1 mV = 1%).

e62dfa5225 FS#12397 : On targets which load .data directly into its final location and lack code for moving it, remove linker script trick which ignores section alignment and word-aligns the section instead.

1645c148e3 Simulate usb plugging on the sim better using sim_tasks. 
Now all threads need to ack the connection like on real target, dircache is unloaded and playback stops accordingly.

64c73c4751 Disable the clock the built in AS3525(v2) bootrom. This is only useful for reverse engineering purposes, so disable during normal operation in case it uses power.

569285794b Bulk convert all DOS line endings to UNIX. 
For the git migration we want a nice clean repository with UNIX line
endings. git does not use svn:eol-style, we just need the file contents to be
sane.

Sorry everybody. I know this messes up blame.

Scumbag *NIX developer says migrating to git will make line ending issues go
away; commits giant change to svn which changes line endings anyway. :)
