Finally submit GUI boost (FS#8668). With this change the CPU is boosted (with a 1 second timeout) on scrollwheel activity in the list, main menu, tree and std context. For now GUI boost is only enabled on scrollwheel targets. The code can easily be enhanced to work with other targets as well.

iPod Nano 2G: Finally FIQ-less and glitch-free PCM. This should allow for IRQ latencies high enough to allow re-locking PLLs and changing and stabilizing Vcore when switching CPU frequency.

Introduce STORAGE_ALIGN_DOWN, STORAGE_PAD (using new CACHE_PAD) and
STORAGE_OVERLAP (using new CACHE_OVERLAP), make them useful only when

Modify PP and nano2g system-target.h accordingly

Even more Nano2G FTL speedup. Now 8% faster than disk mode, 10% slower than the OFW. 4.5MB/s sustained (contiguous) write, 6.0MB/s read for me now.
