8b8cbf65c8 More cleanup and rearrangement for three column button tables in the manual. Most importantly: move the recently added IRIVER_RC_H100_PAD opt - including the additional column seperator - below everything that belongs to the first column. This way every column is grouped and it also allows to combine different remote control pads if they use the same button. Use HAVEREMOTEKAYMAP if the line refers to an ActionSomething. While at it, add or change some white space to make the tables more readable (there is still a lot to be desired there...) and remove a few tabs in random_folder_advance_config.tex. Also fix sliding.tex to make it show all buttons in an M5 manual by using the appropriate _PAD opt and not simply 'x5'. Finally, remove the one overlooked reference to the H100 remote pad in split_editor.tex.

6f169b4373 Manual: clean up some things related to the inclusion of the remotes. For button tables that use the 'Action' defines use HAVEREMOTEKEYMAP instead of the IRIVER_RC_H100_PAD so that the commands defined in the remote-keymap platform files will automatically be used. If a remote does not have all actions assigned, we can still define these commands but leave them empty. There will be some exceptions but this is still better than long opt lists. - Revert the changes to nim.tex (a Player only plugin) and splitedit.tex (bitmap Archos only) in the plugins section.

2aabdbfeb8 Start of an Iaudio M3 manual: add the necessary platform files (name the remote keymap file 'iaudio' because the keymap is shared with M5 and X5 and could be reused there), add pictures of the remote with labels and place it below the player image, already fill out some installation instructions which are very similar to the other Iaudios. The manual still needs a way to mention main unit and remote control buttons in text descriptions, the second column in the button tables needs to be filled out (using IAUDIO_RC_PAD and adding this to the M5 and X5 platform files) - and screenshots are needed too...

41ff287e07 Add remote keymapping to the manual for the iriver H100. Plugins have not yet been done and currently just have a blank column. Most plugins only quit via the remote anyway at this point. Please notify of any errors/omissions (I'm sure there are some).

1f07151110 Remove the 'hand-made' MASCODEC UseOption from the platform files and replace it with other options which automatically parsed from features.txt. Also clean up some outdated left-overs and add some missing information (e.g. be more accurate in the config file section). Try to use the most appropriate features - masd and/or masf depending on their characteristics, large_plugin_buffer in the jpegviewer chapter as this is the restricting factor etc.

49fcfe81b8 Exchange some references to certain players or pads with a feature in some parts of the manual where the feature is actually the determing factor (uses the automatic parsing of features.txt to options). In the WPS button table this helps rearranging one line a bit to keep the code together in a better way. (Also convert 2 tabs to spaces while at it.)

c5bffb1289 Some various pieces of manual work: Fixed installation instructions for the e200 and c200 under Mac OS X, added a warning about v2 firmwares to the Sansa install page, and the very beginnings of a Sansa Clip manual (which still needs a lot of work!) Also fixed up the blind descriptions for the Archos Player and Recorder, and some little typo fixes here and there.

ae1fb3e1fb Rewrote the H100 blind description to use better wording and to be 
more in line with other descriptions from other DAPs. Also did some
touchups on the H300 description, along with some tiny little edits
to use better puncuation.

7b00970c03 Manual: give more info about file structure in the 'Putting music on your player' paragraph and only mention album art for targets with it (fixes FS#9134, phrasing by Paul Louden). While at it, opt the reference to the 'supported audio formats' table for swcodec since the table itself exists only in swcodec player manuals.

f22b308c81 My first proper commit: some manual fixes to properly describe shutting down and starting the iPod 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generations, and removed some old bootloader information which is no longer valid. This should bring the manuals for these iPods more up to date.
