bdbdb97f19 FS#9051 - remove LCD margins... use viewports if you need them... 
NOTE to WPS people....
%m has been removed, but (i think) because of the other %m tags it wont fail if you try loading a wps with %m|..|, it will just be ignored.
Also note that if the statusbar is enabled the default viewport is 8 pixels shorter than when its not, i.e (0,0) is really (0,8) if the statusbar is shown... I dont think this will be a major issue because almost no WPS show the bar and use bitmaps... text only WPS shouldnt be affected.

767c0ec589 Pass plugin api pointer to funtion directly, fixes crashes when doing incremental builds. Fix incorrect backlight changes in rockblox introduced recently.

73ef83f579 Extended test_disk plugin: * Measure directory manipulation speed (file create/open/delete, directory scan) and file create/write/read access speed for several buffer sizes. * Added log file writing (one file per menu action).

26d242ae65 General housekeeping: Make plugin buffer functions take size_t * instead of int * to match the parameter type of the buffer functions called in the core. Get rid of unsafe int * <==> size_t * casting. Use ssize_t where int was used and size_t where unsigned int was used in the buffer calls to not alter signedness in the plugins. No API version change since it should only be an issue for 64-bit sim builds.

67eb154146 Removed 'mode' parameter from creat(). It wasn't pure posix anyway, it was ignored on target and mixed into 'oflags' in the simulator. * Simplified io.c a bit by defining a dummy O_BINARY for OSes which don't have that.
