4ca8a43631 Add 4 settings which were somehow missed during the conversion to config.cfg.

b77f1217fb Correct the spelling of persistent so its correct (Yes, I failed english at school). 
Loading a persistent setting again (from any config file, including config.cfg unless it has a ~) will remove it from the list of 
persistent settings.

46f7f7de4d prepending ~ to a setting name in config.cfg will use its value from the load instead of the current value when saving back. (e.g 
~volume: -25 will always boot with -25 volume, even if you shutdown with volume at 0)

228d62dd18 Split the system status variables out of global_settings and put them into a new struct global_status. Use status_save() if these need 
saving.
Added car_adapter_mode to the nvram settings, so nvram settings will be reset.

Add Jewels, Spacerocks, Wormlet, Rockboy and Sudoku for the e200. Also Includes manual changes for plugins.
Add X5 keymappings for wormlet to the manual.
Add help text for Jewels on the H10 and give a warning if help text is not defined.
Fix bug in spacerocks lives drawing on large screens (larger than Ondio).
Change spacerocks comments to C style.

d64e626387 Start of work on a port to the Archos 'AV300' (AV320/340/380) - a working UI simulator (but with a dummy background image for now) and the beginnings of the target-specific firmare code. Port is temporarily using a 2bpp LCD buffer format - the AV300 has a 320x240 colour (YCbCr-based) LCD which will need a new framebuffer format and drawing routines, but the LCD is also capable of various paletted bitmap modes, one of which has an identical framebuffer format to the greyscale ipods. Buttons (and hence the button mappings) are identical to the Archos Recorder, with the exception that the PLAY button on the Recorder is replaced by pressing the joystick on the AV300 (which I call BUTTON_SELECT). The initial port will begin by being strictly HWCODEC, but will evolve to be a hybrid SWCODEC/HWCODEC platform - it has a MAS3587F but also a main CPU (54MHz arm7tdmi plus DSP) capable of software decoding of at least some formats.

9cf76179ce Make MIDI playback work on the Simulator, with sound etc. The #define stuff is a bit 
dirty but it works right now. Simulator sound quality is actually better due to increased 
CPU resources.

48d6bfcd06 Fix FS#6520, allow search.rock to open .m3u8 playlists. Only the 
extension check was fixed, so playlists with non-ascii chars probably 
wont work correclty.
