If the corrections file is not present on the target, then
fall back to the (probably outdated) compile-time builtin version.

Before we only fell back for manuals and fonts, whereas
we also needed to fall back for source and voices. Given that
dev builds only produce the actual binaries, just fall back for
everything else.

Support hw4 units with AXP2101 PMU
Bootloader successfully compiles and loads onto device.
The LCD appears to be identical to hw3 units.
Scroll wheel and buttons work
Audio output works, including volume.
HP/LO detect works
Rockbox build is generic
GPIO gating logic seems to be working as intended now.
- Added new GPIO definitions - some significant overlaps with pins
from previous hardware revisions...
- Added some GPIO definitions for older players we didn't know about
- Add register definitions for AXP2101 from datasheet
(these are very different from AXP192!)
- Add AXP2101 regulator definitions, need to support multiple step
sizes per regulator.
- Verify AXP2101 voltage set multi-range logic
- Verify AXP2101 voltage get multi-range logic
- Make AXP2101 its own driver
- AXP2101 driver should be "minimally viable", though I think
there is some extra functionality that could be implemented.
- Disabling the coulomb counter stuff - we could maybe make
the E-Gauge work for the same purpose, but it only appears to
be used on the debug screen at the moment so it doesn't seem
like it's worth the effort.
- Found new button GPIOs
- Found error in my GPIO setting logic, blue light works now!
- Set LDO/DCDC output voltages to OF's settings, as far as
I can tell.
- Determined we probably want TCS1421_CFG1:0 to be 0x00,
for UFP behavior
- Tested this rb build with both old and new bootloaders on hw1.5,
hw2, hw4 in as many configurations as I can think of, works across
the board.
- Bootloader can install itself on hw4, so nand chip isn't novel
- Uninstallation file can be made by patcher script, works on hw4
- Installation file can be made by patcher script, works on hw4
- Added HW4 to rbutil, manual

- Give each brand its own entry, and make ranges
of OF versions correspond to hardware changes.
- Temporarily disabled target aigoerosq.
- Post-install hint enabled.
- Added pre-install hint function
- Added optional parameter themename, in case
the target name does not match the themesite name.
- Made Port Status (statusAsString()) only care about platform
string prior to first '.'
- Manual: Remove note that rbutil does not support this model
Issues:
- Cannot uninstall the bootloader - manual instructions are available

VOICE_INVALID_VOICE_FILE and VOICE_LANG_NAME need to be discretely
saved as "InvalidVoice_<langname>.talk" and "<langname>.lng.talk"
under the target .rockbox/langs directory
This mirrors what the standalone voice.pl and buildzip.pl do.

QuaZIP is included in several major Linux distributions and packaging
policies strongly oppose bundling of libraries.

Don't change the abort button to Ok after a successful bootloader
install, this will be done by the following steps.

No need to show a separate entry when a cached file has been used, do it
the same way as bootloader downloads do.

Loading the information can take a bit depending on the speed of the
disk. To make the application not appear as frozen update the UI more
often, and display a "Loading" text during data retrieval.

Don't store the "Install Themes" option. Automatically enable themes
installation if the themes selection has at least one entry selected
instead.

Avoid constructing the bootloader file path in the caller. Pass filename
list and mountpoint separately so it can directly fall back to the
mountpoint.
Change some functions to use references instead of creating temporary
objects.

Reworking handling of player specific data (static player configuration,
as well as information retrieved from the server) changed the behaviour
on a non-present configuration entry. This eventually caused the
mountpoint not being set for players that don't have a bootloader file
on disk. Fixing this accidentially removed the default-if-not-found
handling for the bootloader file.
Restore the old default value behaviour for both cases.

- When uninstalling update the log file only at the end of removing all
files. This gives a major speed improveness since othewise the log
file is written after each file. This slows down things notably,
especially on slow disks.
- Explicitly update the UI during install zip extraction. Avoids
progress seemingly hanging due to the UI not getting updated often
enough.

When uninstalling parts with lots of small files the process can take
quite some time. Update the progress accordingly.

We only use it for playing the TTS sample so it's not too important.
Since this is a separate Qt module it might not be installed, so make it
optional.

During bootloader installation sansapatcher disk access is accidentially
set up twice. This is not a problem except on Windows, which will abort
with a "permission denied" error.
This is basically the same problem as for ipodpatcher bootloader install.

It seems Qt6 doesn't require explicit linking to QSvgIconPlugin anymore,
and cmake has trouble finding it. On native Windows builds it isn't
required, so remove it.
