8b54bec33e tools: Release scripts should only create artefacts for _stable_ targets 
...Instead of including unstable targets too.  Those have to make do with
dailies.

8753c41b2e tools: Fix the tools/release/manuals.pl script 
It was looking for the versioned pdf filename, which it
then renamed immediately anyway.

6f1e67e5e3 builds: Add an explicit 'simbuilds' list 
It includes all targets that have a working simulator build.

 * All stable targets except those that are flagged as bad
 * All unstable targets that are flagged as good

637f93074e tools: Clean out some historical cruft from 'sims.pl' 
It's intended to build all of the Windows Simulator builds in one fell
swoop but has bitrotten a bit.  Correct some of the glaring
problems.

bf7276d1d0 * Keep the map files instead of building then throwing them away in the release script. 
* Pass the release version to make in the release script instead of having to remember to hack up version.sh in the release branch.

2438d8b584 bins.pl script: don't hide errors, they might be useful 
Don't use make -j as it uses an unlimited number of jobs and can
severely slow down machines and/or make the build fail if processes
can't be created

7ca35e99c4 Remove old, outdated rbutil tarball creation script. 
Creating the rbutil tarball is now done by deploy-release.py which is
also up to date with recent changes.

1ac3b4b605 sims.pl - Do not create zip if build fails. This should prevent working simulator builds being overwritten by failed builds when uploaded to the hosting server.
