plugins: clock: simplify settings

Browse source 
- Use system time format and remove separate setting
- Hide timer until started & eliminate setting for it
- Simplify menu, reorder settings, keep theme enabled
- Make dialog for resetting settings more consistent
  with other reset dialogs
