Fuze+'s manual: change ugly \ButtonPlayPause

Following a discution on irc we agreed on that:

- \ButtonPlayPause becomes \ButtonPlay for consistency
- It appeas in the manual as Play unstead of Play/Pause
- updated manual images accordingly

The patch was tested: manual still compile and display keymaps correctly
