FS#6539 - Thanks to Tom Ross
Add Jewels, Spacerocks, Wormlet, Rockboy and Sudoku for the e200. Also Includes manual changes for plugins. Add X5 keymappings for wormlet to the manual. Add help text for Jewels on the H10 and give a warning if help text is not defined. Fix bug in spacerocks lives drawing on large screens (larger than Ondio).
